Do You Want To Make Your Natural Weight Loss Journey More Pleasant and Rewarding?
There is a trick to making your weight loss journey more pleasant and more attainable.
At long last here are Positive Natural Weight Loss Achievement Strategies!
Set mini-goals, and then reward yourself when you meet them. Having little stops to celebrate along the way makes the journey more pleasant and successful.
Your goal on weight loss will be also more achievable. Come up with goals that are unique to you and the challenges you face with weight loss. Keep them realistic and varied. Track them closely. When you meet one of your mini-milestones on natural and healthy weight loss, give yourself a reward! Your rewards should be varied and unique to you.
Many aspects of dieting and natural weight loss are difficult such as:
* withstanding cravings,
* making food plans,
* resisting emotional eating,
* turning down food pushers, etc.
The more dieters do these things, the easier they become. This can only happen if you are able to give yourself credit or a positive reward.
For example, every time you resist a craving and praise yourself, you build up your confidence that you're capable of resisting cravings. This will increase the likelihood that you'll be able withstand the next craving that you encounter. This leads to natural weight loss which is easy and without any side effects.
If you can withstand a craving but do not credit yourself for it, then the next time you have a craving you won't be sure you'll be able to hold out and may struggle a lot more.
You need to give yourself credit for every positive diet and exercise-related behaviors you do in your natural weight loss project. For instance, you should reward yourself for the following: * Every time they stop eating before they're overfull,
* get back on track after straying,
* eat slowly and mindfully (Day 5), * do any kind of exercise,
You need to say, "Great," or "Good, I did it!" Many people who have struggled with their weight are hard on themselves and overly self-critical.
By consciously recognizing the dozens of things you do right each day, you build up your self-confidence and awareness that you're strong and in control. You will also notice that the things you consistently give yourself credit for (such as eating sitting down) become easier and easier to do.
This is no coincidence!

Weigh Loss Articles A New Experience
I have now been writing articles and reports for what seems a very long time. For the most part you would think that they are significant to me but in reality are for the most part pretty removed from me. The main significance to the articles I write is that they push me towards my goal of someday becoming a full time author. Despite this not many of them have a particular relevance to me directly. For the most part they are well researched and written and some have even won awards. Not one of them however reflects the struggles that I have personally gone through in my life.
That is until now when I decided it was about time I wrote an article describing my struggles with weight loss and diets. All my literary contacts were really surprised. Dietary articles are not seen as a serious article subject although they do abound. Every week in Redbook there is a new diet article. Every magazine for women on the market has a multitude of such articles. So why would I choose to pen an article about weight loss when I could be writing more important articles about school closures, corruption, drugs or some other more "worthy" subject.
Despite what my fellow literary colleagues thought I decided I would create my weight loss article anyway. It has always been my mantra to write what i want and think is important regardless of public opinion. I guess in this case because of my own previous struggles with my weigh and fitness the subject held particular relevance for me which as I have mentioned is pretty unusual.
Initially I had problems getting the article published through my normal publishing channels but switched to a new publisher who specialized in health matters and they were happy if not excited to take my article and publish it. This experience has been new for me and eventually very rewarding. However that said despite the new publisher asking me for more health related material, I have decided to return to writing my more natural style and subject matter, at least for now.
